Lately my sketch book studies have been mostly individual small paintings. This one looks a lot like a sketch book page and the "paint daubs" filter in Photoshop, but it's acrylic on stretched canvas. I'm giving a sketch - journal workshop on April 15th & 16th through the Peninsula Art League where we'll talk about experimentation in style and technique.
